Use these affirmations daily by saying them aloud, and/or repeating them silently, and/or posting your favorite ones on your mirror, and/or any other way that calls to you. Sometimes I even record affirmations I’m working on and play it back while on my walk 😊. Repetition is key because it is a powerful way to sink new concepts into the fertile growing space of the subconscious mind.
